Mooresville Town Square is a planned Lifestyle center currently under construction in one of the fastest growing markets of North Carolina. Boasting traditional brick architecture, carefully planned gardens and walking paths, and an easily accessible and convenient location, Mooresville Town Square is quickly becoming a coveted shopping and entertainment destination. The center is located along two of the most frequently traveled roads in the area. Williamson Road, with a traffic count of over 20,000 cars per day, is the major north/south corridor linking Mooresville’s growing retail and commercial hubs. Brawley School Road, with over 22,000 cars per day, is the only route to The Point, one of the region’s most luxurious lakefront golf communities. Additionally, a new interchange is planned for Brawley School Road and I-77 just 3/4 of a mile from Mooresville Town Square, which will significantly increase the traffic flow. Mooresville Town Square is the only Lifestyle center in Mooresville and will be the nearest retail location to the new I-77 interchange. In recent years Mooresville has enjoyed national recognition as both a business hub and an excellent community in which to raise a family. Lowes Home Improvement recently moved its world headquarters to Mooresville, a new regional medical center has opened, and dozens of new companies arrive each year. In 2002, Site Selection magazine named Mooresville as a "Top 10 Economic Development Group for 2001." Furthermore, Mooresville was selected as a "Champion of Industry" award winner for 2003 by Pat Summerall Productions, and the Town of Mooresville was chosen as one of the "25 Best Managed Small Cities in America" from the "Small City Management" category. |
